I have lost weight before
but never this well – I was amazed when I lost 5lbs in the first
week and had reached my first stone within weeks. Then I was
warned that it would slow down but I still managed to lose the
first 2 stone quite quickly. |

My downfall has always been NO breakfast –
little lunch (because I have been working and no time to eat)
and then all I could eat in the evenings especially bread ,
because when you are starving it’s a good filler. |
